We capture a wide variety of photos for your sales literature including retail store-front close-ups as well as the wider "elevated" photos taken from atop a 25-foot camera pole to get those wide, sweeping shots showing both the storefronts with plenty of happy shoppers, and plenty of cars. By getting the camera up above the ground level, we are able to convey to your potential buyers the sense of bustling activity that your property draws. Good tenants, rent rolls, location and demographics all work together to establish your property's NOI and, thus, NPV, but nothing sells a retail property like full parking lots and happy shoppers--a picture is worth a thousand words!
